Mr. A. F. M. Alamgir, FCA is the principal of an Accounting and Auditing firm M. Alamgir & Company Chartered Accountants. He is an Ex. Vice-President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB); He is also a Director of M/S Silk Route Apparels Limited & M/S World Wide Business Centre Limited. Mr. Alamgir is an active Rotarian. He has long experience and sound knowledge in Capital market operation, Issue management, Portfolio Management & Corporate Finance.

Mr. M.A. Rashid Khan is the former Managing Director of the Company. He is a stalwart in the capital market of Bangladesh. He was Executive Director in SEC. After retiring from Govt. service he joined BMSL Investment Ltd. He has vast experience and sound knowledge in Capital market operation, Issue management, Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Study & Research, Project management and Training. He also Treasurer of Khwaja Younus Ali University.
