Private Placement

Private placement in simple terms is a funding round of securities which are sold not through a public offering, but rather through a private offering, mostly to a small number of chosen investors. The rules for private placement are quite different, and according to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, private placements are subject to newer guidelines set fort by them.
