Within the group, ESG sits closest to the money being managed. BMSL Asset Management Company Limited, the group’s BSEC-licensed asset manager, is guided by Performance, Service and Trust, and by ESG-integrated investing — meaning those factors form part of how its portfolios are constructed rather than a screen applied afterwards. That is BMSL Asset Management’s stated approach, and it applies to the funds that company manages.
BMSL Investment Limited has not published a standalone ESG policy, framework or rating. What it does publish is the basis on which it operates: a merchant bank licensed and regulated by the BSEC and regulated by the Bangladesh Bank, directed by a board, and committed by its own mission to strong governance and full regulatory compliance. Governance is the part of ESG the firm has always been measured on, and it is set out in full on the Governance & Compliance page.

A Board of Directors, an Advisor, and a management team reporting to the Board, operating under BSEC and Bangladesh Bank supervision. The Governance & Compliance and Regulatory Licences pages set out the structure and the authorisations behind it.
The firm publishes no ESG policy document, no framework and no score. Institutional clients and fund trustees who need a specific disclosure for their own reporting should raise it with the firm directly rather than infer it from this page.
